Karish Andrews
I have worked with businesses in the creative sectors for two decades. As a born and bred Londoner, I believe the city is not just our capital, but the capital of the creative economy (but I acknowledge my bias!). I provide the full range of corporate advice to our clients but specialise in M&A. I act for owner managers on the sale of their businesses, as well as UK and international groups on their UK acquisitions. I work with clients across a wide range of sectors but have particular experience of those in advertising, PR, media, entertainment, sport and gaming. I head up the firm's Race & Ethnicity Group and sit on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Board. · Lewis Silkin
