I have worked as an employment lawyer for over 20 years. Having completed my training contract at the firm, I am a Lewis Silkinite through and through. I am the Co-Head of our London Employment team and the firm's Training Principal. I advise on all aspects of employment law from hiring, firing and everything in between. I have particular expertise in complex and high-value discrimination and whistleblowing claims, partnership disputes and sensitive investigations.
