Co-founding the Employment practice at Lewis Silkin in 1992, I have seen it grow from two lawyers (Michael Burd and myself) to nearly two hundred workplace lawyers today. I enjoy a global practice whether working with colleagues at other Lewis Silkin offices or colleagues at Ius Laboris, the international alliance we joined in 2001. I have a particular interest in the future of work and the use of AI in the workplace. Benefitting from having run the employment division of the firm for many years, my work today includes advising other professional services firms on people strategy and issues. · Lewis Silkin
