I provide strategic and commercial advice to businesses to help protect their brands and advise on the enforcement of intellectual property rights. With nearly 10 years experience as an IP litigator, my work focusses on the protection, exploitation and enforcement of the full range of IP rights, including trade marks, patents, copyright, moral rights, designs and confidential information. I work with clients across the creative industries and with businesses where IP is their key asset to attain, maintain and enforce. Industry specialist knowledge across the creative sectors, retail, sports, technology, publishing and pharmaceutical companies allows me to work closely with clients' legal and business stakeholders to provide tailored, commercial advice. Alongside IP, I have a passion for diversity in the workforce, and strive to ensure that Lewis Silkin has an inclusive culture that provides equality of opportunity. I am proud to lead the Gender Group of the Diversity, Equity and and Inclusion Board and sit on the DE&I Executive Committee. I have spoken at a number of external roundtable events on gender diversity. I was a Finalist in the Under-35 Lawyer of the Year category in the First 100 Years Inspirational Women In Law Awards 2019 and shortlisted as a Rising Star (Private Practice) at the Women in Law Awards 2020. I am a member of the international Licensing Executive Society (LES), its Young Members Committee Member and of IPSoc, the society for junior IP practitioners in the UK.
