Carly Mather
I am a Partner in the Employment team, based in our Manchester office. I advise on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, but I have a particular focus on business restructures, change programmes and collective employment issues. I act for a number of unionised clients and advise on industrial relations issues such as trade union recognition, collective bargaining, access rights and actual and threatened industrial action. I work with clients across a range of sectors including, retail, media, manufacturing, and transport. I use the experience gained during several client secondments to provide straight forward, pragmatic and commercially focused advice.
