I am a Managing Associate in our Dispute Resolution practice and specialise in corporate and commercial disputes, with a focus on disputes in the technology, media and retail sectors. I regularly act on high value and complex commercial litigation, often with an international dimension. I provide clients with strategic advice to resolve disputes and to get cost-effective results. I have extensive experience of litigation and arbitration from the pre-action stage through to trial, including urgent injunctions, appeals, mediation and settlement negotiations. I am a member of the Society for Computers and Law, the Tech Disputes Network, the London Solicitor Litigation Association and the Commercial Litigation Association.
