I've been the Head of the firm's Corporate practice group for several years and my work covers a wide range of corporate and company matters, in particular private company mergers and acquisitions. I started at the firm over 20 years ago as a trainee, so the firm's ethos and culture manifest themselves in my work and the interactions I have with my colleague and clients. I specialise in mergers & acquisitions (from both a buyer and seller perspective), corporate advisory, growth, venture & private equity capital (from both an investor and investee perspective) and joint venture shareholder & shareholder arrangements.
