I have 13 years' experience in immigration law, with a diverse practice covering personal and business immigration matters and specialising in complex legal issues arising in both areas. In the business immigration law context, my practice focuses on compliance issues, including the immigration implications of corporate transactions and M&A activity, and challenging Home Office decisions to suspend or revoke sponsor licences and issue civil penalties for illegal working.
