I am a Partner in our market-leading Employment litigation practice. I help businesses and senior executives to navigate complex issues of employment and partnership law. I have a particular interest in advising on disputes involving team moves, breaches of contract, misuse of confidential information and restrictive covenants, and I frequently act in the High Court and through Arbitration. I have significant experience in advising clients in the financial services, technology and built-environment sectors. I also work with multinational companies to meet their day-to-day employment law needs and have considerable experience in managing and delivering strategic and commercial advice to organisations dealing with multi-jurisdictional issues. I speak regularly at seminars and training events for clients and other lawyers.
