Jessica Adam
Jessica is co-head of the corporate and M&A group. She has a broad practice focusing on private equity and private M&A and advises a range of clients from private equity houses and asset managers to large financial institutions. Jessica heads up Macfarlanes’ management advisory practice which works with executive boards of large cap private equity backed companies. Jessica also has considerable experience of M&A and private capital investment into the professional services sector, particularly legal services. Jessica is a partner champion of the firm’s Balance network, a forum for all staff managing commitments both within and outside of work, promoting discussion, support and the exchange of information and ideas, to enable successful and sustainable careers.
