Mark Baldwin
Mark's practice spans a broad spectrum of corporate tax work. His particular areas of expertise are the structuring of collective investment vehicles (particularly domestic and pan-European private equity and real estate funds) and associated carried interest and co-investment structures, real estate investment, development and finance and indirect tax (particularly VAT). He has advised on a number of strategic transactions for private equity houses. Mark is chairman of the BVCA Tax Committee and a member of the Tax Committee of the Association of Partnership Practitioners (APP).
