Tom is a partner in the family team in London. With more than 20 years’ experience in all aspects of family law, he has a strong track record in complex litigation, as well as expertise in the cross-over between conventional family work and cases involving invasion of privacy. He represents many international clients and acts in cases involving children, including international relocations, and some of the most complicated litigation passing through the courts. He is an accredited mediator and a collaborative lawyer and also sits as a private financial dispute resolution judge. He is active and well respected in the International Academy of Family Lawyers and has been appointed membership officer of the family law committee of the International Bar Association.
