Adam is a partner in the housing team. He has a wealth of experience in shared ownership, new build conveyancing, and asset management, and acts for registered providers, local authorities and developers. He specialises in new development site set ups for both shared ownership and private sale, and all aspects of his clients’ ongoing conveyancing and asset management requirements, including staircasing, bulk sales, stock sales, Right to Buy/Acquire, social homebuy, buy backs, auctions, and the various home ownership initiatives which may exist from time to time. Adam also has vast experience in residential conveyancing, having managed the residential conveyancing department of a regional law firm in his earlier career. He was awarded the Editors Award for Services to the Industry at the First Time Buyers Magazine Awards 2021 (the first lawyer to win this award) and now undertakes a role as a judge with fellow industry experts for these popular annual awards.
