He has been The FA’s primary advisor on contentious and regulatory matters for more than 17 years, undertaking a wide range of work from advising on the regulation of intermediaries through to acting for The FA in its successful defence of expedited arbitral proceedings brought by Norwich City and arbitration proceedings commenced by Nottingham Forest FC.
