Caroline Little is a consultant and specialist child care solicitor advocate at Hanne & Co in England, experienced in representing children, parents and other family members in care proceedings, emergency protection applications, deprivation of liberty and wardship applications, adoption, special guardianship and complex private law proceedings. She is experienced in assessing children’s competence and representing older children directly, and has held long-term roles with the Association of Lawyers for Children (former chair and honorary lifetime vice president), has been on the Law Society Children Panel since 1985 and has sat on the Family Justice Council.
