Chloe Grant

Chloe is an Associate who specialises in all aspects of UK employment law. Having trained and practised in top-20 UK law firms, Chloe brings strong technical expertise and a client-focused approach to our busy and fast-growing workplace legal practice. A former teacher, Chloe enjoys getting to know her clients and building lasting relationships with them. She regularly advises a broad range of stakeholders on both contentious and non-contentious workplace matters, including multinationals, professional services firms, fast-growth businesses, charities, government bodies and senior executives. Chloe adapts to the specific needs of each client but is known for her calm, straightforward and empathetic approach to all. Chloe has supported both claimant and respondent clients through complex and high value Employment Tribunal proceedings (e.g. unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing claims). She advises on internal HR processes and termination matters including redundancies and settlement agreements. Chloe also prepares and reviews contracts of employment, consultancy and secondment agreements, handbooks and HR policies. She uses insights gained from previous inhouse client secondments – including project managing a complex international restructure – to ensure her advice is as commercial and practical as possible. Her background in education has made Chloe a firm believer in equity, social mobility and widening access to professions like the law. For these reasons, she was a founder member of the women’s network at a previous law firm. She is also a Professional Ambassador for the legal charity Aspiring Solicitors. · Bellevue Law
