
Alexandra Worden
Alexandra is a senior consultant with extensive experience of advising on employment law issues in a wide range of sectors including Financial Services and Life Sciences. She trained and qualified as a solicitor at leading international firm Freshfields, where she spent the first decade of her career before joining Eversheds (now Eversheds Sutherland), another leading City law firm, where she worked for four years and joined the partnership. In 2015, Alexanrda founded the firm that became Worden Richmond, a successful employment law boutique with an outstanding reputation in the marketplace, before joining forces with Bellevue Law in 2025. Clients value Alexandra’s top-level experience as a former partner, her pragmatic, strategic and commercial advice, and her empathy with clients and their situations.
