He advises on anti-competitive agreements, abuses of dominance, market investigations, merger control and subsidy control, and has acted before the Competition and Markets Authority, the Civil Aviation Authority, the European Commission and courts including the Competition Appeal Tribunal, the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Court of Justice of the EU.
