Partner at Harcus Parker since its 2019 inception, following seven years at Harcus Sinclair. A commercial litigator and group litigation specialist with over ten years’ experience, Daniel regularly acts for large claimant groups in High Court financial services claims and leads major collective management actions, including high-profile unfair relationship claims related to Payment Protection Insurance; he has extensive experience managing multi-claimant proceedings, third-party funding and insurance arrangements, and handles complex cross-border commercial disputes. He is a member of the London Solicitors Litigation Association and holds a St Thomas More scholarship from Lincoln’s Inn.
