Lisa Green

Anna deals with a wide range of complex contentious wills and trust disputes, including validity disputes involving lack of testamentary capacity, undue influence, want of knowledge and approval and fraud. She has many years’ experience both in High Court litigation and mediation. She further advises and assists clients on claims for financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, as well as claims arising on intestacy (the absence of a valid will). Lisa acts on applications for the removal and/or replacement of executors and trustees, maladministration claims, and other disagreements arising during the administration of an estate or the life of a trust. She also deals with contentious Court of Protection applications (e.g. contested statutory wills or disputed Enduring Powers of Attorney and Deputyships). She acts for a variety of clients including spouses, partners and relatives of individuals who have died, minor beneficiaries, as well as executors, trustees and charities, in relation to disputed legacies and will contests. She is a trustee of two charitable trusts, is involved as a volunteer in other charitable work in my local community and church, and enjoy Fell walking in the Lake District and spending time with her family. · Moore Barlow
