Victoria is a partner in the medical negligence department and has a wide range of experience covering areas such as misdiagnosis/failure to diagnose and surgical errors. She has particular expertise in neurological and spinal injuries including brain injury at birth and cauda equina syndrome claims and has settled claims worth several millions of pounds. She works quickly to understand how her client’s injuries are impacting on their lives so she can assist them by helping source care, therapies and equipment for their benefit. She is not merely a legal representative; she is an advocate for the well-being and aspirations of her clients, ensuring that their needs and hopes are at the heart of every legal endeavour.
