Zoe's role is to lead an experienced and dedicated plot sales team, integrated with the land development and commercial teams at Moore Barlow, ensuring that clients benefit from innovation and in-depth legal knowledge so they can make the right decisions for their developments. She helps Sales Directors understand the legal intricacies in this complex market, and leads them through their developments in order to realise their objectives and grow their ambitions. This involves a detailed understanding of acquisition, development and sales. She acts for clients ranging from large national developers to bespoke house builders helping them with both traditional builds and modern methods of construction. With over 25 years’ experience in property law transactions, she fully understands the needs of housebuilders, their purchasers and lenders. She has experience and expertise in modular homes. Her aim is always to provide clients with a personally tailored service that exceeds their requirements and expectations.
