I’m a Senior Associate in Michelmores’ Property Litigation team. I work with a variety of clients including private individuals, companies, public sector clients, landlords and tenants; my practise covers residential and commercial property. Although a number of my clients are based in Devon, I represent clients nationwide. I advise on a number of landlord and tenant issues in respect of business tenancies such as lease renewals, break notices, dilapidations, forfeiture and debt recovery. In respect of residential tenancies, I advise on recovery of possession in respect of tenancies protected by the Housing Act and Rent Act. I also advise a wide variety of landowners in relation to restrictive covenants, boundaries, trespass, nuisance, easements and adverse possession. I have been at Michelmores for over 18 years having trained at and qualified at a London firm.
