I am an Associate in the Commercial and Regulatory Disputes team. I joined Michelmores as a Trainee and qualified in 2020. Areas of expertise include breach of contract claims, corporate disputes, professional negligence and trust matters. I advise on all stages of the litigation process, from pre-action through to trial and enforcement. I also advise clients on alternative dispute resolution procedures, including mediation and expert determination. I also advise on regulatory investigations and health and safety prosecutions. Alongside general commercial litigation work, I also advise clients in respect of data protection law and compliance issues.
