Adam is a Partner in Michelmores’ Corporate team based in our Cheltenham and Bristol offices. He advises on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, MBOs and private equity/venture capital investments with a particular focus on acting for private equity backed buy-and-build platforms. His clients span all sectors, but he has developed a particular sector specialism acting for clients in the financial services and insurance markets alongside extensive experience in renewable energy. He is noted by clients as being pragmatic and commercial, and always spend the time to fully understand their needs and objectives, allowing a fully integrated approach to working together.
