I’m a Partner in the Corporate team at Michelmores LLP, advising on corporate and corporate finance matters, including private equity, venture capital (for both sponsor and company), mergers and acquisitions, MBO’s and MBI’s, disposals and joint ventures. My practice operates across a broad range of sectors, however my particular focus is in private equity and venture capital transactions, acting for management teams, portfolio companies or funders and in particular acting for sponsors on both their initial investment and subsequent acquisition strategy through their portfolio companies on their buy and build journey through to ultimate exit. In particular I have built a strong practice in financial services and insurance, acting for insurance brokerage aggregators, DFM’s and wealth management firms. I am noted by clients as being pragmatic and commercial, and always spend the time to fully understand their needs and objectives, allowing a fully integrated approach to working together.
