I am a Partner in Michelmores’ Commercial and Regulatory Disputes team. I advise and represent a wide range of domestic and international companies, as well as private individuals, on a broad range of issues that affect their lives or businesses. I understand that issues that give rise to the need for litigation, and litigation itself, can have profound personal and commercial effects. I have extensive experience of acting for private individuals and businesses in reputation related matters, and crisis management. I have a particular interest in ESG issues, and the value and risk of ESG reputations, from the perspectives of directors and stakeholders.
