Sally Rice
I am a partner in the Banking, Restructuring and Insolvency team and specialise in Real Estate Finance. I have worked at Michelmores for almost twenty years and undertake secured lending transactions for a broad range of clients including offshore lenders, alternative lenders and LEPS. I also act for Insolvency Practitioners in relation to sales as Law of Property Act Receivers and Trustees in Bankruptcy. A significant proportion of my work is undertaken for “repeat clients” and I really enjoy ensuring that I, and other colleagues working for those clients , really understand their business and objectives so that we can deliver the best possible service to them. This is a continual and dynamic process and involves us in adapting our processes and priorities to meet their needs, the challenges they face and the ever changing legal and commercial landscape. I love the fact that whatever legal issue arises for one of my clients there is someone within the firm who has the expertise to advise them.
