He has significant experience in advising in relation to capital markets (both main market and AIM) including fundraisings, initial public offerings, mergers and aquisitions and corporate restructurings. Recent work includes a £350m bond issue, the £75m sale of a UK utility company, a £40m AIM IPO for a technology company, a placing and open offer for an expanding LSE listed tech company, a pre-IPO fundraising for an award-winning high growth tech business and the takeover of an AIM listed company.
