Julie is a Legal Director in our Real Estate group. She deals with all aspects of residential property transactions, with an emphasis on complex high value transactions including enfranchisement, lease extensions, development structuring and landlord and tenant work. Julie advises high net worth individuals as well as developers and investment funds both on and offshore and much of her work has an international aspect.
