Dario Garcia
Dario is a Consultant in the Tax Disputes & Investigations team. He is a leading practitioner in indirect taxes, particularly in financial services. Dario joins Mishcon from FTI Consulting where he was a Senior Managing Director of their European Tax Services Group. Prior to his role at FTI, Dario was Global Head of Indirect Taxes and Transfer Pricing at Barclays Bank Plc, where he gained experience, not only in the technical tax and regulatory aspects of international financial services, but also as a consumer of professional advisory services. Dario also spent 14 years at Ernst & Young, 10 of those as an indirect tax partner. His clients included a range of leading UK and international businesses, and his work embraced the conduct of many high-profile appeals in the Tribunal and Upper Courts.
