Partner in the Intellectual Property Disputes group in Mishcon de Reya's Innovation Department who heads the firm's IP Enforcement group. She specialises in protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights (trademarks, passing off, design rights, copyright, confidential information and patent disputes) and has extensive experience in anti-counterfeiting, unauthorised parallel imports and anti-piracy matters, including obtaining injunctive relief such as search and freezing orders, computer imaging orders, third party disclosure orders and online blocking injunctions.
