Nicholle advises across all aspects of planning and development projects including advising on appeals/call-ins, statutory challenges, judicial reviews, s106 and highways agreements, EIA, CIL, FOIA/EIR, with a keen interest in mixed-use urban regeneration, commercial development, sports, hotels, leisure, housing and heritage matters and particular interest in ESG and EDI.
