Emily Knight
Emily Knight is a Partner in the Mishcon de Reya Employment team, advising both employers and senior executives on all aspects of employment law. Emily advises clients across a wide range of business sectors including financial services, private equity, technology, energy, commercial property, luxury goods and retail. Emily specialises in steering senior executives through high-stakes and career-threatening situations such as workplace investigations, team moves and negotiated exits. Most recently, Emily has acted for several high-profile C-Suite executives in connection with sensitive investigations involving allegations of sexual harassment, discrimination, and workplace relationships. She also has extensive experience of complex litigation, both in the High Court and Employment Tribunal. Day-to-day, Emily provides HR assistance to corporate clients on all issues which arise during the employment life cycle. Emily is a key member of the firm’s M/POWERED WOMEN Group.
