Jonathan is a Partner in the Real Estate department and has experience in all areas of corporate tax, with an emphasis on property investment, development, finance and funds work. Jonathan has over 20 year's experience advising a variety of institutional investors, funds, property companies and UHNW individuals in the real estate sector. This includes advising on the tax aspects of acquisitions and disposals of real estate and indirect real estate assets (in both the commercial and residential sectors); advising on the optimal holding structures for real estate assets and portfolios; property development work and real estate finance.
