Partner in the Corporate, Emerging Companies and Venture Capital department at Mishcon de Reya LLP, advising companies and investors on funding rounds from seed through to exit. She works with university spinouts and start-ups and with investors (including VCTs, EIS funds, venture builders, family offices and business angels) across technology and innovation sectors such as health tech, life sciences, clean tech, AI and quantum technologies, and curates the Structuring for Success Programme.
