Natasha Pearman is a Partner and Head of Competition Litigation at Milberg London, leading the firm's competition litigation and collective actions practice and recognised as a “leading light” in the collective actions space. She specialises in abuse of dominance and complex digital ecosystems, litigation funding and consumer redress, developed and led the opt-out collective action Justin Le Patourel v BT, and is currently instructed on two standalone abuse of dominance claims in the gaming sector (against Sony PlayStation — acting for Alex Neill, a claim on behalf of 8.9 million UK consumers for excessive pricing — and against Valve Corporation — acting for Vicki Shotbolt concerning most-favoured nation clauses and excessive pricing); she is Treasurer of the Collective Redress Lawyers Association and a member of the Law Society Competition Law Forum.
