Associate, Litigation Charlie completed his training contract at the firm and qualified into the Litigation team in August 2023. Charlie advises on a broad range of disputes facing private individuals and corporations in the private wealth sphere. He specialises in contentious matters involving trusts, as well as inheritance and probate disputes, advising the full spectrum of clients including executors, trustees, protectors, and beneficiaries. Charlie has experience of claims involving will validity challenges, undue influence, and proprietary estoppel, as well as Inheritance Act claims, and disputes involving executors and trustees. He also has good experience with offshore trust disputes, including blessing applications made by trustees in connection with large corporate transactions as well as allegations of breach of trust or fiduciary duty.
