Paige Layzell-Payne

Associate, Litigation Paige qualified into the firm’s Litigation team in September 2024, having completed her training at Sinclair Gibson. She works closely with other members of the department to advise on inheritance disputes and Court of Protection applications and regularly collaborates with the Private Client department where probate and trust matters become contentious. Before qualifying as a solicitor, Paige spent five years as a specialist at Sotheby’s. She is developing a niche practice in art law and regularly assists on matters involving high-value artworks and collections. Originally from Bermuda, Paige gained legal experience with a number of offshore firms prior to joining Sinclair Gibson and maintains strong links with offshore practitioners. · Sinclair Gibson LLP
