Susan Fitzgerald is Co-founder and Consultant at Beck Fitzgerald and a specialist care practitioner who has been on the Children Panel since 1998. She acts for both parents and children (including receiving instructions from Children’s Guardians), undertakes complex public law work — including non-accidental injury, deprivation of liberty orders, neglect, sexual and emotional abuse — and also handles adoption, private law children and domestic abuse cases, working closely with the Official Solicitor where parents lack litigation capacity.
