Alice is an Associate in the Immigration team at Bates Wells, advising on both corporate and personal immigration matters, with a particular focus on nationality law. She has experience assisting individuals with applications to remain in the UK, including on the basis of private life, discretionary grounds, and family-based applications, as well as advising on naturalisation and registration as a British citizen.
