Laura is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team, and specialises in advising clients on intellectual property, technology and commercial contracts. Her clients include tech start-ups and household technology brands, as well as a wide range of charities and SMEs on commercial contracts and IT outsourcing arrangements. She has particular expertise in advising on EdTech and MedTech, on contracting for sustainable supply chains, and advising clients on the ever-changing legal requirements and landscape surrounding AI and ethical AI.
