Lucy is a Partner in the Charity and Social Enterprise team at Bates Wells, with a broad practice covering general charity services including charity registrations, mergers and other restructures, governance and constitutional advice. She advises a range of charities and social enterprises including armed forces charities, and individuals and companies engaging in philanthropy. She has specialist expertise in inquiry and regulatory compliance cases and complex charity law issues and structures.
