
Lucy Rhodes
Lucy is a Partner in the Charity and Social Enterprise team at Bates Wells, with a broad practice covering general charity services including charity registrations, mergers and other restructures, governance and constitutional advice. She advises a range of charities and social enterprises including armed forces charities, and individuals and companies engaging in philanthropy. She has specialist expertise in inquiry and regulatory compliance cases and complex charity law issues and structures. For example, some of Lucy’s work include working with the Institute of Fundraising on establishing a new charitable Royal Charter body and restructuring their activities within the new charity, as well as advising City Bridge Trust on the establishment and funding of the London Community Response Fund. · Bates Wells
