Livia is a Senior Associate in the Charity and Social Enterprise team at Bates Wells, where she advises charities, social enterprises and non-profits on governance, formation, restructures, conversions, and contractual matters. She has a particular focus on intellectual property within the Culture + Creative sector, advising on IP licensing, assignments, and related charity law considerations, and is expanding her work on legal issues arising from the development and launch of digital products and apps.
