Peter is a Partner in the Property department. Peter is as a commercially-minded lawyer with expertise in real estate, corporate and finance sectors gained working directly with high-profile entrepreneurs, businesses, family offices and in private equity. Peter has worked on a broad range of transactions for major organisations, entrepreneurs and individuals and covers various aspects of commercial property law. He has advised clients on the establishment of property joint ventures, structured acquisitions and disposals, development work, property investment and some larger residential property schemes. Peter has additional experience in domestic and international business and has worked in Shanghai where he advised in a developing foreign direct and domestic investment market and has worked on (and originated) a variety of property investment as well as private equity projects.
