Matt is a Partner at RPC and works extensively with our insurer clients. He specialises in dealing with claims against directors and officers, and provides coverage advice to insurers in relation to D&O and management liability risks. On top of Matt's defence work, he also advises on coverage and (monitoring) with many instructions having an international element. Matt also advises on claims against financial professionals, and has extensive experience dealing with regulatory matters before the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and the Financial Ombudsman Service. · RPC
