Helen specialises in cases concerning children in public law care cases. Experienced in representing parents, and other family members and children of all ages (either on the instruction of the Children's Guardian or separately when competent). Helen has experience in dealing with complex cases concerning non – accidental injuries, domestic violence., drug and alcohol addiction , mental health difficulties, parental alienation and deprivation of liberty (DOLS).
