Chris is a Senior Associate in RK’s Real Estate Group. His clients include developers, banks, corporate clients and individuals. He has extensive experience of a wide range of real estate transactions including all aspects of acquisitions and disposals, commercial and residential portfolio management, property investment, lease extensions and refinancing. He has a particular specialism in negotiating and drafting planning agreements. His commercial experience includes the acquisition, sale, leasing and management of small and large commercial properties including leisure centres, offices, light industrial units and community centres. He has also acted for lenders in dealing with high value secured lending transactions and advises lenders on property security and title issues. · Rosling King
