Peter Lewis
Peter is a partner in RK’s Real Estate Group. He has extensive experience of a wide range of real estate transactions including all aspects of development acquisitions and disposals, commercial property investment and management, property finance and residential sales and acquisitions. His clients include developers, banks, investors, corporate clients and individuals. Peter has over 20 years’ post qualification experience and deals with real estate development transactions including the purchase of development sites, their funding and the ultimate sale of the developed units. His commercial experience includes the acquisition, sale and management of small and large commercial properties such as shopping centres, offices, public houses, petrol stations and light industrial units. He has also acted for both lender and borrower in dealing with high value secured lending transactions and advises lenders on property security issues. Residential experience includes lease extensions, enfranchisement and management issues. · Rosling King
