Laura Matthews

Laura is a partner in RK’s Dispute Resolution Group. Laura has significant experience acting for lenders, financial institutions and loan servicers in the field of complex and high value professional negligence actions against valuers and solicitors, advising clients both pre-action and in High Court proceedings. Laura also has considerable experience in other areas of banking litigation, including the enforcement of personal guarantees, breach of trust claims and enforcement of mortgage terms and conditions. In addition, Laura deals with all forms of Commercial Litigation, including breach of contract claims and shareholder disputes. Laura has also handled complex real estate litigation on behalf of a wide range of clients including forfeiture proceedings, contested lease renewal proceedings and breach of restrictive covenant disputes. · Rosling King
